Simply mix liquid latex with sand and cement on site and you’ll have a latex-modified repair mortar with greater elasticity and reduced brittleness compared to conventional alternatives, delivering better compressive, flexural and tensile strength. The typical ratio of polymer to cement (based on dry weight) is between 5% and 15% (i.e. 10% to 30% liquid latex).
