LIPACRYL™ MB-3640
DOWNLOAD Technical Data SheetLIPACRYL™ MB-3640 is an all-acrylic polymer designed for use in pigmented protective coatings to extend the life of new and existing roofs. Coatings based on LIPACRYL™ MB-3640 are an excellent choice for use over asphaltic substrates. The polymer provides distinct advantages to elastomeric roof coatings, including excellent resistance to blistering in extended ponded water conditions. In addition, coatings formulated with LIPACRYL™ MB-3640 offer an environmentally friendly water-based alternative to solvent-based aluminized asphalt roof coatings while adding durability, flexibility and resistance to asphalt staining and dirt pickup.
Typical application(s)
-
elastomeric coating over new and aged asphalt, and modified bitumen
Not recommended for use over spray polyurethane foam
